It's just so sad that those angels are working hard for their fallen angel friends to become angels again, but I don't think the majority of them want to. Being a fallen angel is like being free, but also not free if you can disappear once you lose your desire. Even though the title includes the words "happy ending", the ending isn't the kind of happiness you'd expect. The ending they want is death and an ending that always requires a compromise.
