i'm too dumb to comprehend what's going on but my theory is also the same as with that one comment wherein heumin did not really transmigrated, but rather with the sudden death of their child, he isolated himself and his mind created another version of themselves in a different world to cope with his grief.
this is insaaanee i actually never thought it would turn like this like i expected this to be a not that unique abo story but daaaaamn okay it's making me feel on edge and excited for the next chapter

based on what i understand, my theory was right. what heumin considers as his 'fictional world' is apparently his 'real world' wherein all the cruel things being done to 'heumin' on the book was done to him by the ml, there's actually a lot of loopholes in my comment as i forgot the other details i'll try to paste my source below

you can read the rough spoiler here ^^

ik that this is going to be the redemption arc but goodness none of the cp's actions are justifiable like he's just a blatant mix of chaos and unstable thoughts all decided to become a human form like i'm not hearing anything

exactly, ik the author's trying to let the readers see a version of him wherein when the mc got lost, a portion of the cp was also gone which is not so unique but putting that kind of scenario to an insane man is so upsetting especially that on the entirety of the story, he never did smthng good to the mc aside from sparing him from death but in exchange of torturing him to the point that he made the mc feel so bad that the only thing he could think to end everything is to off himself which is a complex way of spelling death i just hope mc should knock some sense on that two years and not faze on the cp cause i'll be throwing hands if it happened

i don't know why y'all are yapping abt how cain just popped out of nowhere and immediately snatched jooin's heart like if i were on jooin's shoes i would also be in love with someone who's obsessed with me rather than wag my tail over someone who can barely recognize his own wrongdoings. canis lupus (a very weird name btw) just took the chance and mold something out of it. yahwi on the other hand is too much of a drama king holding up all of his traumas milking out of jooin's pity but boy really said fck you and your attitude i'm out. jooin my boy you don't need no dick, you need therapy.
idk but is it just me who gets a feeling that there's something more like it feels calm before the storm, especially with the random red string he saw attached with him to that girl?
should i just spoil or no lol..
Please spoil it for me

so basically, hong ki-hoon is a special person who is super lucky and does not have a red string attached to him. lee yeon’s original fated person was the girl, but he wanted to be with hong ki-hoon so much that in their past life he tied the string from the boulder to himself and to hong ki-hoon, basically forcing them to be attached. this in turn trades hong ki-hoon’s fortune for misfortune, and instead of being super lucky he’s super unlucky, particularly with things he likes a lot. that’s why he’s really scared of showing his affection to lee yeon because he loves him so much more than anything in his life before that he’s afraid that something worse might happen to lee yeon compared to what happened to hong ki-hoon when he loved soccer.
as for the girl, idk what happens to her fated person if she ends up having one but she’s super cute & deserves to be happy hehe <3
wHAAAAAAAAAT
this is kind of the gist of what the last few chapters are about but it’s prob/def going to be explained more in season 2 when it comes out hehehe
