The story goes like this- the mc can see ghosts , as a kid people thought he was weird, his family left that city/village ,then fast-forward he was in highschool he had to return again to that place , there is a shrine he remembers seeing a boy , in highschool he saw that boy again , ghost enters the mc and kisses that boy
