Before you further absorb that absurd idea, please research more about 'grooming'. First of all, Shinwa president didn't 'raise' Jiwoo to become her lover or someone who she can be in a relationship with in the future. Second of all, THEY'RE ONLY TWO YEARS APART. I don't understand how you could say 'it's becoming repetitive' when the story even REPEATEDLY say that Noona Is WAY MORE YOUNGER that her abilities and responsibilities. MEANING she's not an old woman, she just happen to be the Older sibling to inherent the responsibilities because she's strong at such a YOUNG age. Lastly, PUHLEASEE They met when they both have their Frontal lobe developed already.
PS. She's not even stopping 'other women' in approaching Jiwoo, since she knows that when Jiwoo decided to be somewhat in a relationship with other woman, she can do nothing about it.

The romance is way too subtle actually, they smile and then hold hands to each other, then whatbtrain? In recent chaps its more of a fight with duke then more training actually, and i think that romance with noona is just smthing like a filler story since subin and friends are in closed training... It does feel enpty and boring without their antics so maybe the author decided to put some romance in it...

I'm not really a fan too but it doesn't bother me as much as other manhwas trying to include romance. What I didn't like is in Solo Leveling with Hae In and Jinwoo, because they made it so important to the story but didn't bother to execute it well. At least here, I can see the development from the very beginning.
