Basically uke was so scared by the way seme laughed when people were thrown in the lake and for a moment he thought that since he was a human too his life didn’t matter to the seme either. So he told the seme that he wished he’d throw himself in the lake and the seme was so angry that he threatened the uke to kill every single worker because he thought that the reason he was thinking like that is because they weren’t good workers. And the uke was so scared because he already did it before.
