Yes it’s a happy ending! The next season will probably be the second longest with the grovel and regret arc :). It’s so good I can’t wait to see it illustrated

Its up to mokhwa to forgive him or not IK but we never really got to go into mokhwas inner dialogue, what his say was when the rape scene happened MIND YOU HAPPENED TWICE, but imo i somwhwat like nakwon's development from evil asshole to absolute loser for mokhwa.
And like whats with the big boss mentioned so many times and we dont even really know what hes up to now, was that like part of the writing IDK that just made me feel like reading this was pointless TT

But we did get mokwha’s inner thoughts? He frequently contemplated his old life and he new one. And that he thinks it’s silly for nakwon to think he’d ever go back to his boss. He just didnt explicitly state that to nakwon, being that 1) they as a couple are new, they are in the learning process to communicate more 2) nakwon hasnt openly expressed either how much he actually thinks about the mokwha’s old relationship with his boss, and chooses to watch over him
