I know I'm a sick bitch because a part of me loves those Yul and Sian moments even though it's seriously messed up. I'm not sure if Yul loves her, probably not. there's spicier manhwa out there with dark-haired pretty boys who aren't abusive, so I don't need Yul and Sian to get together. to redeem Yul, you would need a whole au. personally, I like Yul since he's so messed up and I wanna see what he does next. I didn't really like Yujin, but after reading chapter 38, it looks like he might start growing on me. But I hope Yul makes another appearance soon.
I do feel bad for Sian because it seems like she's cursed. all her life she's been a magnet for creepy guys, including Yul. btw IT'S NOT HER FAULT STOP VICTIM BLAMING. I know that Yul's and Sian's relationship is fucked up and I can feel the pain she goes through when Yul is doing messed up stuff, and I am happy for her now that she's safe with Yujin. I also want Hyunee to come back and support her.
Honestly though, I do want a story where someone and a crazy or yandere-like character get together, but the yandere gets help and learns to not be toxic. they'd get help before they do anything too serious. perhaps the story would be about the yandere's struggles as they try to become a better person.
Yul is absolutely irredeemable by now. He could've gotten help and stopped being toxic if this was written differently, but it was too damn late by chapter 30. Like he had his sweet moments but now that's been thrown out the window. Now, he's scary as hell, and that's okay, I'll stay to see how bad Yul gets.
To those who love Yul, he ain't all that, I mean he's cute and had potential, but there are better bois out there. You could draw or write your own yandere pretty boy, even one that gets redeemed.
