These are my favorite strong FLs, no crybabies here! Not all of them are shoujo, tough, but as a girl I liked them. Most shoujo has weak girls that blush a lot and are overpowered by mean, rude guys. Not cool.

- FL is physically and emotionally strong. She's unlike any other female protagonist I've seen. Love this manga, it's hilarious, almost like the FL is the man and the ML the girl in a comedic way. - FL is emotionally strong and very smart. She ignores the ML's advances, it's so amusing. This manga has a non-romantic prequel (for the FL) but you don't really need to read it (perhaps only the first couple chapters, really not necessary): http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_dano_ai_dano/

- FL is emotionally and physically strong. She and her brother switch places at school since she's manly and he's girly (read it for more details). Arrogant ML and FL live together in dorms, but takes him a while to find out she's female. - FL is emotionally strong and very smart, kinda physically strong. She dresses up as a man and leads a revolution, and she's good at it. The ML is an enemy of the revolution, one of the kings. Not that strong, but have strong points and are my favorites:

- FL is emotionally strong, but has weak moments. She may be the least suitable for the list, but I love her. She is able to survive in a magical world and learn, so I personally think she's pretty strong in adaptability. Very cute with sweet couple: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/tomo_chan_wa_onnanoko/
