So I read this spoiler from most likely another comment or from the forums.
Basically the baby is not the ML's baby. The father was the former crown prince. Currently the crown princess is already pregnant (hence why her father is anxious for ML and crown princess to get married/engaged asap). So even if ML and FL ends up together, the baby will still be born.
