??? IT'S THE END? HELLO? I know people are glad that the ending is like that, but, really. The start of the series was literally centered with Kafka and Ashino's relationship. The fact they haven't got a heart-to-heart talk was a bit disappointing. They needed that so much. And I meant by catching up from the time they've lost, and I was actually expecting romance between them. I'm glad either way, since what matters was their strong relationship that even decades of being apart didn't change. They're friends, definitely. But their bond runs deep that can be explained in a more platonic way.
I KID you not, I love this manga so much. I love the characters. I love the story. I love that it's so normal and amazing, I love this masterpiece. You might not agree on me, but this manga really is a masterpiece. There weren't anything weird (other than guts but that's fine) like pedophilia or hentai or fanservice. It's like a breathe of fresh air. You guys don't understand, it's a literal grass and flowers field on a hill with a soft breeze type of manga for me it's shounen and it's perfect! The characters were amazing. I seriously wanted to see more of their growth and their stories...I got too attached with them. Everyone was so likeable (except the other kaijus lol) and there wasn't any moment I got bored reading. It's so eventful.
One Piece is my favorite anime and manga, and as a One Piece enthusiast, I seriously think it's a bit close to One Piece. Kafka and Luffy are so alike. They're so reliable and they're clear with what they're fighting for, and that they won't stop with anything. I love that for them. They're my role models, they made me believe in myself more. They're like the guiding life in my life when everything is so tough...I might be getting emotional, but I definitely meant it. It's just different when you get really attached with stories, it hurts a lot that it ended. But these kind of endings make me more hopeful, since I can interpret it anyhow.
10/10 manga, I love it so much.
