As i saw from another users spoiler, his father got scamed from some people he trusted and i think his father had to take some loans and loansharks where harassing them. One of the loansharks saw him with mc at that time, and threatened him that they would do something to his girlfriend if the didnt pay or something so his plan was to throw her away to show them that he doesnt care about her and she nothing important to him. I think his father also commits suicide etc thats why in the future he develops an app that can catch scam calls etc.

I am so infuriated both on her behalf because I can’t believe he’s THAT shameless to take advantage of her while she’s under the influence of alcohol and confess when he wasn’t even man enough to face her properly and tell her the real reason on why they had to break up…and in her because she let it happen even though I know when you drink alcohol, you do drunk stupid shit and what happened now isn’t entirely her fault but i’m just really pissed off that he got to her almost immediately after he came back.

I remember not liking this a few years back when i first read it and….my opinions have not changed. Heeseo could have prevented this whole mess by just being honest bcs why would you try to set your friend up with someone by introducing the other person as your “crush”. The misunderstanding was stupid and unnecessary + Jigeo is objectively a bad friend because if you knew he was your friends crush and still made moves on him not even a few days after joining the same workplace… only to then get in a relationship with him BEFORE you even come clean to your bestfriend about your feelings for him not knowing if bff was still in love….you really are just an asshole.
