I waited for this I was really losing hope but I think the story will be much more complex and compelling, hopefully my theory’s correct. SCREAMED! I was like wtf you mean he’s a vampire? That foreshadowing was so clear. I feel dumb, but I was hollering
But I like the idea that these people don’t grow (extremely) because it’s a little bit more realistic with how twisted their relationship was. It doesn’t make sense that they would just automatically redeem themselves or try to make right.
They’re just doing the best as they can while still being selfish due to the circumstances of their prior relationship, and now this weird limbo that they’re in trying to understand each others intentions more. Dan knew that he was being used for his body and for JK it’s hard to resist Dan may that be because he needs him for his career or he actually does care about him/ his body.
I don’t know. It just seems to me like they’re both just meant to be scumbags but clearly Dan is a little bit more likable because he has realistic/open feelings(morals) and he actually did like JK.
But he’s trying to repay this debt using the only thing he knows how to use, that being said not knowing exactly what JK wants from him, but knowing that he cannot resist him.
Mid fap and I got edged I’m loving the slow burn, but goddamn give me some substance. My imagination isn’t enough.
