It's actually straight obvious that they are cousins. In the first chapter, the saleme said 'my uncle', 'his father' meaning Ilcho's father. That's way too obvious

I have Neve rhad an issue or problem with cousins dating cousins or marrying them. Maybe cuz I have a relative who does that? i can relate the uke in main story in some way....'i am like descent student, who has only one hobby that reading books"...THAT WHAT MY FRIEND THOUGHT ABOUT ME.
