this shit is crazy like they rlly try to make us feel sympathetic for Ian, but he's a psycho and even if he treats Benjamin "well" and acts like the first chaps never happened, he's a rapist. Plus he manipulates Benjamin all the time to kill people indirectly. And in chap 29 when Benjamin tries to escape he makes him shoot his former coleague

Even with this communication problems, the next chap things solve quite good.
