anyone have that uncanny feeling that official channels like t@ppyt00ns use ai to translate novels? The overuse of em dashes and the ‘bastard’ popping in and out mid convo feels jarring to me.
Then there’s the monogatari’s bid to get Female general & eldest princess published, only for it to be cancelled near-release (some preorders never got sent)
Idk what to do with this. On the one hand I’d really like to support legally but with how much preferable fan translations are, I just end up reading from them instead. At least I know the TLs are somewhat passionate about the work.

    I just found out about these baihe getting canceled by monogatari, too bad these titles are one of my favs, good thing I didn't preorder them earlier, but I will definitely buy "THE BEAUTY'S BLADE: MEI REN JIAN" when it come out to show support for Baihe, so that we can have more license just like Danmei
