there was a theory ive read after the last chapter. its about how guwon is actually a test subject and that is also the reason why he doesn't act as a human (killing included). it makes more sense if he were a test subject since he was a child. and the reason why he has such a crazy look (I don't mean his eyes, but his eyes included) is that he actually a test subject to the disease that started the zombie apocalypse (if I remember correctly)
