it wasn’t your usually idea of cheating, there wasnt any penetration or sexual context kinda. but ritsu (seme) is a hard dom, im talking like choking punching allat. and rui (uke) fell for ritsu but he not as hardcore as ritsu likes it. they fall for each other & ritsu tells rui he doesn’t want him to feel pressured abt wanting to be hardcore for him since he knows it’s not rui’s taste. rui believes him but is still burdened with the feeling of never fully satisfying ritsu. & like rui basically catches ritsu walking out of a hotel with another person, and ritsu basically says he engaged in “play” but with a hardcore sub cause he needed to release his urge or satisfy himself ??? it only showed like ritsu beating the poo outta the random hardcore sub guy. sorry if i butchered some of this storyline but this is from what i remember :3

i'm pretty sure he's just looking for someone from his childhood, the way he was retracing his crude memories when searching the neighborhood by himself, and him asking where someone can die unnoticed + if there are any famous criminals might be implying the person he's looking for maybe murdered someone here....? idk but it doesn't look like he's gonna kill himself at least until he finds what he's looking for lol
idk I was more so looking at the overall tone of the manhwa it seems very neg and somber and the past tense narration adds to the feeling that he's not with Yang Il Woo and the title too it just feels like he's gonna die it FEELS like a tragedy and someone recounting their past with someone who's no longer alive
