I read it sometimes ago but I lost it. Its BL(I guess?) and it revolves around mafia plot. So like the first chapter, the MC is hanged upside down at the sea and the mafia boss is there. Then I forgot what happened, the boss asked his subordinates to lower the rope. But who knows the rope was cut off and the MC did not resurface for a long time and the boss just jump into the sea and save him. Besides the MC there's another who was hanged upside down as well.
