Some things that help me keep a consistent sleep schedule::: 1.hate to say it but you gotta put that phone away a few hours before bed time there's no other way to stop this I either turn if off and throw it into the ocean or I'll be reading bl until 5 in the morning 2.keep yourself busy during the day, generally wear yourself out during the day ......

*******LONG REPLY WARNING Girl that was exactly me on my first year especially because I was grinding nonstop the year before in highschool. I worked so hard in highschool and my first year at uni I was burnt out so bad The stress wouldn't kick in anymore and I couldn't bring myself to study at all. Tbh it took some time to fix my studying habits......
