You must find the root of your problem first and it won't just go away you have to actively work on it. First try changing your eating and sleeping habits. Probably try exercising. Get out of your old habits and find new things. Don't focus to much on Why or what just pick something and do it. No it's ands or buts.. Try and keep going. Probably try speaking to a professional if you can.

Realize its only hard if you never take steps to improve.. Even if you you feel like you failed, failure is nothing but improvement and building courage, overcoming whatever you feel is holding you back. As long as you continue to breath you are blessed dont let yourself hold you back baby.

It essentially is. College is crazy. Summer semester is the root of evil.

I'm gonna make it my mission to read one story a day for the remaining days, who needs sleep, if i can pull allnighters to work on assignments , i can pull allnighters to read manhwas too (⊙_⊙)

This is so me except our class just started this week and my body is literally still on vacation mode! Also we already have to present smth next week and I don't wanna lift a finger I just wanna lay down and read or watch or laze around

Okay this just convinced to actually try to move a lil bit in the last week & there's a good chance that I'm gonna fail to do that, lazing around all day is just too addictive

Ah understandable i was excited too about starting and it was so fun the 1st year but by the end of 2nd year my whole personality changed, so many different people all in one place, some give you mental & emotional trauma, some give you good memories & and when almost 2 years have passed you're so physically & mentally exhausted as work gets harder than before and you get fed up with people who want to get chummy with you to get something, you can't recognize them at first, after spending a good amount of time with em you start seeing the manipulation & start keeping safe distance, you become kinda numb and don't want to involve yourself in any unnecessary sh!t of course there are genuinely good people too but you end up not wanna get involved with even them you're just so exhausted by that point (in my case I'd rather enjoy my alone time & focus on my work than another emotional workout) maybe that's just my experience and won't be same for you,
