Romance wasnt the focus of the series in the first place, it was hers and Leon's story. It's a fitting end in my opinion (although i also agree the latest chapter [ch.120] is missing something, perhaps an epilogue is on the way)

Since this whole thing is hinting with Renee ending up with the someone, I actually think the plot is better off without the romantic ending or her ending up with either of the men. While I do think that all the love interests are great but Rene seems fine and content all on her own that any form of romance feels forced(?).
