In the beginning chapters this scene always stuck out to me- the scene of teach pinning Gowon down with the knife pointed to his throat, eyes dead and jaded before he “woke up”. In this chapter tonight we learned a little bit about what these “hounds” are- people who risk their lives to go out and help the town. We were told what they do, but we have no idea of the ethical standards this “help” extends. My theory is this: teach clearly has some combat experience and capabilities that he’s somehow forgotten. My guess is he’ll become one of these hounds that works for Sisyphus (gowon)
