About misunderstanding being nameverse - I was actually wrong and you were right. Misunderstanding is nameverse. I totally forgot that the ml's face blindness was due to the mc's name appearing on his collar bone.
I just got the story mixed up with blue name pressure because that is also a nameverse where the mc's name appears on the ml's collar bone - but that plot point in blue name pressure is way more significant than it is in misunderstanding.

Kinda forgot the plot from the many things I've already read in such a short time frame but, it's a shoujo manwha/webtoon. The main premise is MC is part of an oracle (she's blonde) where this one girl with this hair needs to be wed to the emperor or everything in the empire is gonna go into shit. The thing is MC is the wrong girl from the oracle.she really loves the emperor and on her first life, she tried to oppose it but failed because the emperor doesn't really hold affection for her. Next life, she loved the emperor, but the time for the empire's downfall, he died from all the shit and she went crazy. So the next life she said that she's gonna be better, just hand off the crown and everything will be a o k because she wants to do anything just for her beloved to stay alive.
It's not the price for breaking up. The MC has blonde hair (dunno wht shade, but it's blonde), and the ML has this black hair.
The latest thing i know about the story is that the emperor was actually inlove with her despite her efforts to have him scoot off her life and not be so butthurt when the time the other girl is gonna come.

It's unfortunately not this! The pearl was from an old dude shaman, not the main protags' grandma (atleast from what I remember from dreaming of he dokkaebi), and he got kidnapped by the goblin people when he broke it. It released some pink ass smoke and yea... Goblins tried to r him but this head honcho hot ass masked goblin guy stepped in and got him. Well, he's the guy that r'd him(?) and there's a "scent" on the main guy that attracts the goblins toward him. Main guy was locked in place for safekeeping because apparently fucking people with the right energy cleanses the big shot goblin's soul or something. And this protag has an overwhelming amount of it, whereas most humans die once they get f'd but he didn't so
