lol don’t worry, if I remember correctly this was his first interaction on screen side by side with MC. The friend was shown in the beginning as a baby (the eating video arc) and was only mentioned in passing when MC moved to America after the timeskip. (The dad of the friend mentions him but the kid wasn’t shown)
