Yep! This chapter officially convinced me! Not only Ace but Eijun should be captain too once Miyuki retires. They way he told Okumura to get ready and looked so serious and determined. They way he's able to ease his teammates tension when they're in a pinch! Plus I think it was Maezono that once said that Eijun is the most hard-working member. I can totally see him as captain material!.....with Kanemaru and Harucchi as co-captains of course XD
