It's the shizun fucker troupe, the MC has white long hair and is... an apothecarian(?) I believe or someone adapt with medicine and take in the black haired ML that would became a black hearted villain in the future. I don't remember much but a couple of chapters later MC also take in a pair of siblings whom ML got jealous of and caused trouble. All I could remember aside from that is the gag at the end of each chapter where MC is presented as a capybara taking care of three kids
