I think I forgot to add it to my reading list. Guy was isekai-ed into a BL movel that his sister was reading I believe. First chapter scene was in university lecture hall and he got paired up with 2 dudes and 1 girl, one of the dude hates the other dude and the other dude is stalking the dude and MC got caught in the middle. Something about the guy staying back a year to stalk the other, and one being stalked avoiding him or something. MC got frequent nosebleeds and has a weak body I believe. Last I checked it has a few chapters but I'm unsure
