I love Ahn Ze and Lu Feng sm. I adore BL mcs who are gentle and kinda naive but have ambition and solve things in their own ways. And I love MLs who are cold and serious but aren't toxic. They just take their jobs seriously. I love moments where cold MLs show a gentle side to MCs.
It has a fantasy aspect to it and I personally love it bc there's not a lot of BLs that focus more on fantasy than romance. I feel that in this way that doesn't involve smut or toxic drama, it helps build the MC and ML relationship more since it's more serious and they have their own goals that doesn't involve anything sexual.
