Kim went to see the doctor because the doctor checked out Nakyum's injuries when he was unconscious. The doctor wanted to say something, probably to point out an injury that was dealt to Nakyum which makes no sense to him, but didn't end up commenting because maybe he thought it wasn't that big of a deal. Kim however could associate this injury with kidnapping since he has been on Nakyum's side (protected him in front of the lord by saying that he believes that he didn't run away) and knows that he wouldn't leave just like that. He left in a hurry and didn't say anything to the servants because he was deeply in thought about the whole situation since it's kind of sus.
Mr. Kim will be the person (maybe along with the doctor) who will connect the injury with the kidnapping and both of them will make sure Seungho knows about it.

That would make sense ....he made the hand hold his hand bc he was scared...and he made the hands "touch him" like how he wanted to be touched he even said I wish he would touch me like the hands .....how did I not notice this till now

Since I think he is probably subconsciously controlling them maybe he was scared/stressed so he killed accidentally like how he choked himself to relieve stress maybe he did that but on someone else on accident idk cant wait for the next chapter tho
bc now we'll have the side story and the side couple development while SH and NK, the main couple, will be pushed away for the sake of "milking" the popularity of the manhwa. Kinda sad since I'm hooked and I literally can't wait to see what kind of ending will be in store for our problematic main couple ahhh
bet it'll take a couple more months for it to finish but oh well...
Still no hate to the author, she's doing one hell of a job and the side story is quite a treat (except Jihwa and that nameless assassin since, honestly, I never gave a damn about them)
