That the Empress is suspecting the count of a coup since arkhain's aren't being treated well and ofc the count is one of them. I feel like that tattoo on his back seals his power, that's why his eyes doesn't glow in the dark. And the empress needs that sculpture of a woman with a symbol under it. Or maybe the count is an illegitimate child of the empress since both of them have red eyes. There are so many theories I thought of but we'll see what happens.
