If you remember, Min Wooyoung was attacked by what looked like Taegun’s memories of his suicide attempt.
I think the prophecy is about that. It was mentioned that Nightmare has evolved, and Wooyoung was very badly injured by something in that dungeon, so I think the “Lee Taegun will see blood” means Nightmare is either going to hurt him directly or other espers until someone realizes the nightmare attacking them is Taegun’s.
