if you feel like puking, do NOT press your hand against your mouth, do NOT try to hold it in! it would just make it come out of your nasal passages (said nasal passages also lead up to the eyes and brain cavity) and the inside of your nose will smell of puke for 1-2 days even after properly rinsing it out (you do not want gastric acid in your nose, trust)
