ramen (with beaten egg poured over while the noodles boil, seasoning adjusted) is more filling~
instead of a full-size packet (like this old man was about to do), try a quarter size of that and add a teensy bit of seasoning first, then adjust accordingly (don't add all of the seasoning right away, it'll be too salty)
