Personally I feel disgusted or uncomfortable when I see sex scenes (especially when the plot diverts to exclusively sex. I drop the series when it gets to that point tho) but I'm getting numb to it bc every 'good' romance plot always exploits sex lol..
(Btw you're not childish at all, and you don't have to feel bad about it)
