Like other viewers have commented, Sunghoon is very sly and cunning. He's a calculating person who knows exactly how to tip things to his favor. Despite seeing him do a bunch of insane things in previous chapter, I think this one is the one which made me go "Holy shit, he's so fucking scary."
The way he manages to manipulate things to work out for him, how he always has something planned, and how other characters (blondie hero i forgot his name) have been severely affected by his schemes, this chapter really made me think Sunghoon is fucking scary.
