I am not exactly sure but I read it in a spoiler that Ines married Carcel in her first life they loved each other but she was subjected to scheme and lost her pregnancy leading to severe depression and death by poisoning by the current fiancee of Oscar ( I forgot her name), than she returned to past and forget that life and married Oscar that was a mistake because she was suppose to be with Carcel, so she repeated her life again, again making a mistake marrying Emiliano and now in her fourth life she married Carcel so yes she made a mistake and remembered her last two lives. Carcel on the other hand married only Enes ever, he remained unmarried in both previous lives so he only dreamt about it not experience it....

She forgot her first life is because Oscar was the one who came back, he made sure Ines fell in love with him instead of carcel. So she thinks that was her first life, so when time repeated for the third time (married Emilliano) to Ines its her second life. But she has some snips of memories from her first life which confuses her cause she doesnt remember it well or when did that happen. Like when she went hunting with oscar and her brother and came to show him his grandfather rifle when she was young.
Ohh my God I didn't know that.... Oh that explains Oscar's doubts towards Carcel in that life, but do you think Oscar also knows about past lives now like Emiliano and Carcel.. wait that would explain his obsession with Ines....
