The kid was sick for a while it seems, so itâs not like his illness went unnoticed by everyone. The answer would most likely be the same. The doctor may have said there was nothing more he could do and that rules are rules. I wouldnât be surprised if the doctor told him to be quiet about it if he did want try to steal the medicine, but advised him not too.
Asking around for help and missing medicine would make him the most obvious culprit.
