since with beta, omega have less chance to be pregnant i think it is impossible for them to impregnate themselves
male omegas' semen is more of a hormonal balancer I guess, not meant for impregnation purposes
It would depend on the specifics of the omegaverse. In some, it is a proven fact that male omega also have viable semen capable of impregnating people. The only immediate example I could think of is the fact that Issac's father in Dear Benjamin was an omega male and his mother a beta female. This specific scenario has not really been shown in any that I have read so far though
