katou's regression and just acceptance of his situation saddens me a lot. because truly, no one knows him better than oda. katou may know sides of oda, but he doesn't know how deep oda's willing to commit just for him. this just hits 2x harder than it has to be because in like i think ch 3?? or 4 katou had an epiphany that even his own parents couldn't understand him, but oda, the person who's the main center for his suffering since meeting him, understands him more than himself.
