Just like isis, Seth is a flawed character. Yes the abuse Osiris afflicted on him caused him to commit the crimes he did, but at the end of the day it could have been avoided. And Seth did more than just massacre people; he allowed caravans to go wild, terrorized the others gods, and he abused his son. Seth is not a bad guy but he isn't entirely innocent either and bc he’s such a morally grey character, it’s what makes him a really great character.

The bulge is called a knot, it basically kinda makes sure the dick stays inside the mate until the body thinks it released enough sperm inside the mate, so most times 100% chance of pregnancy, unless if the mate is on birth control or something.
Alphas can have a certain type of heat, it’s called a rut, they usually release pheromones that “suppress” the mate, they tend to be more aggressive in and out of sex, and same like omegas they have a high urge to have sex.
In most omegaverses like this one I believe u have to bite the nape of the partner to actually mark them.

Only one love interest, it's mutual. There is another girl, though she's after ML's offspring rather than him.
It isn't a rom-com story though, so their interactions are rather limited to fights and warfare games.
I just hate harem a lot. How annoying is the girl who wants the ML offspring? I honestly don't wanna read another story where the ML just gathers 15 girls for his harem.
Basically that girl can be a chinese batman xD only she does kill and use weapons. They don't even get any event together. their exchanges are mostly fights, training and warfare survival.
