Reading the other comments now everything makes sense to me.
Victor, in his drunken state, purposefully separated the three parts because the just wanted to bring Henry back with his face. He didn’t want his body bc, according to that last chapter, Henry was sleeping around with other lovers, so Victor didn’t want something that was already shared with everyone else. And he didn’t want Henry’s heart bc he didn’t believe Henry actually loves him. So all that is left is just Henry’s pretty face to look at for the rest of his life.
But with all three parts separated now we as readers, and also Victor, are understanding more about who Henry as a person was.
Turns out Henry really did love Victor or had some deep feelings for him(heart) at least enough to get horny around him (dick) but didn’t care about him as a person (head) which is why he had so many lovers despite having a “relationship” with Victor.
And another thing! We’ve only seen the relationship from Victor’s POV.
I’m gonna go on a limb here and say that Henry was just nice guy to Victor, fooled around with him, but he had a whole other life, maybe even a fiancée, and Victor got mad about being the “other woman”
