This is a HOT TAKE! And people might krill me for saying this but.... The characters are really BLAND, I dont feel anything when I see them, not even for the main character when she's suffering. Even the mature scenes don't get me all hot and bothered. Im sorry but Flowers are Bait absolutely smashes this story just from the expressions of the characters to the story itself. Im not hating on the author, the characters are beautiful its just that they dont show emotions on their faces, its like looking at a WALL.
