shmoopy :^)'s Things

i don’t usually do this kind of stuff but honestly im a lil freaked out rn. so i stayed up until 4:50 am having a nice cry about banana fish lol and then i realized i should try to sleep since tomorrow’s a weekday. so then im trying to fall asleep and im half awake- half asleep now. and then i hear a ringing in my ears and it kept getting louder and i saw flashes and overall had this vibe that i wasn’t safe. when i tried to wake up i physically could not get up, my body was stuck it wouldn’t let me move, i couldn’t even open my eyes. the ringing kept getting louder and then finally i woke up. this happened to me once already but last time i heard heartbeating and screaming. i told my friend about it last time and they said i prob have sleep paralysis but i didn’t think of it much bc i thought it wouldn’t happen again. now it’s 5:50 am and im too scared to go to sleep so i guess i’ll just wait for morning but im gonna be rlly tired :/ pls someone talk im too freaked out rn
