Sorry but no. Toma needs to know he can’t always have want he wants. He especially needs to know throwing tantrums doesn’t get you want you want and more than that he needs to know there are consequences to his actions. He is 4 and he ran away from home because he was throwing a tantrum. He SHOULDNT be allowed to go and he SHOULD be punished in some way because of what he did.
