Did you ever consider the author is using the story as a means of societal commentary? That taken to it's extremes would only serve to convey the underlying message of abhorant acts themselves are damaging? C'mon now. Horror isn't meant to be moral, like "oh murder and terror is bad..mkay" there's a deep psychological backing behind being afraid of......   reply

Perhaps because I'm fairly new to reading BL manga, but I personally don't feel as if enjoying the joyful sorrow, passion, love and lust between two characters means I have a fetish for it. I mean, you got me on hygiene part, sex can be messy and not always the most aromatic experience. However.. I enjoy the pheromone smell of a man, something about it is so enticing. And if smells bother you, then bathe together, trust me it's amazing. Sex isn't just about pleasure or procreation, it's a form of bonding.   reply
