But honestly tho... this kind of bl is more interesting than many romance out there... alot of plot and little drama... On a more serious note... I think people ship male friends in comic because let's be real... in most comics with a male mc... there's little to none other good looking guys close to mc... 90% of people around them are love interests... so I guess people get that feeling of "oh is that a love interest too?". We just got too used to main characters not having true friends at all... only love interests... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
