4/5 Stars — Honest Review: you really need to make it through the first chapter and get to know them both a bit, by the second chapter you‘ll be curious, by the 3rd you‘ll get invested and than you just love them and want them to be together. There are a few trope like schemes sprinkled here and there, but than the story suddenly surprises you with inside; also Hikarus emotions and thoughts are sooo cute and gripping and damn he is sooo delicious! Shinobu is a goof, yet serious when it matters and damn hot! Green flags through and through! Going right to my fave-list! Can’t wait for more stories of thems two (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

3.5 / 5 Stars — Honest Review
The story starts rather boring, picks up fast and gets very interesting, but than it sadly loses it‘s momentum and the ending is way too rushed and leaves you feeling a bit unsatisfied.
The first half of the story is very interesting and keeps you guessing, so you want to know what‘s going on, but it opens a lot of story lines that are never resolved in the end; I feel like in the beginning the author has something entirely different in mind, than what the ending was. It feels a few chapters too long (since it drags on), yet it feels overly rushed! The whole shabum gets resolved in three chapters and feels utterly underwhelming. I don’t know if the author felt annoyed or wanted it to be over, but it‘s a tad sad.
It is still a very good read and I do recommend it, just be prepared for some loss in storytelling and momentum.

1/5 Stars (did not read to the end, only 6th ch.) — Could not make it through another dialogue panel, let alone a chapter. Personality-wise they‘re both unpleasant, but the guy who‘s about to be the Top is a total screw up, not sympathetic, aggressive, picture book asshole and I can’t stand him even one bit xD at least JJK from Jinx is hot (and has "redeemable" qualities), but this guy? Insufferable! Red flag walking. Don’t even want to imagine how they proceed until the end, since their
dynamics are already unbearable since the very beginning. I also don‘t understand the premise of their living together, since it doesn’t make any sense at all.
Also the art is absolutely not to my liking, although that might change/improve later on - wouldn’t be the first Webtoon to drastically change styles, but I‘m not gonna stick around to find out sksks.
Sooo~ it’s a no recommend for me, but I‘m happy for everyone who enjoys this kind of story

4/5 Stars — This one is a rollercoaster, you know you‘ll get vertigo and regret it halfway, but you also enjoy the thrill and are happy by the end that you did it (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ!
The trope per se is nothing new, but I really love their personalities. They’re irrational, stupid, they hurt each other, yet they long for each other - it‘s all twisted, but they fall and stand up, they make mistakes and they grow with them - it‘s what makes them human and authentic.
I do feel that it drags on for a few chapters longer than it needs to (but not as dramatic as some other Webtoon I‘ve read) and the ending falls a bit flat, like the plot lost it‘s momentum, but nevertheless I enjoy it and re-read it every once in a while. The gorgeous art and smut plays a biiiig part sksks, also no rape or forced interaction, which is huge in my BL book (!) and mostly green flags, even if it‘s somewhat chaotic, scrambled and plays with taboos (what with them being stepbrothers, although I don’t think too much into it, since they were both 16 when they met, and parted pretty quickly after that, so they’re basically strangers) or maybe exactly because it‘s chaotic and somewhat cliché, I really like coming back to it.
The smut isn‘t to my taste, so I‘m just skipping it, but I really got hooked on the story and the characters and Gozu‘s and Eve‘s dynamics! It‘s so healthy and green flagged for thr most parts, that‘s really refreshing!
