Yes, women have different bodies but you all guys can't deny this character design is exaggerated. Just as the male bodies are exaggeratedly ripped. Still more people are uncomfortable with the female body because it looks kinda sick how thin her arm and her waistline are, while her breast and ass are exaggerated. It's like kim kardashian after ass cheeks implant kind of. Also yes, art doesn't need to be ralistic, but all I can see here is a body made by and for the male gaze.
