PLEASE I AM SO DESPERATE: from what I know it’s about this bullied girl (she has bangs, darker hair maybe light brown, frizzy/curly hair, MIGHT have freckles I don’t remember) and she loses her confidence (because of the bullying) but then the school delinquent (blonde/lighter hair, piercing on his lip, looks more like a pretty boy than the stereotypical delinquent) finds her cute and BOOM love story —> probably gonna be like slice of life and school life.
