It's frustratingly slow plotwise because it deals with a lot of healing from past trauma. Sometimes it gets annoying when the FL cockblocks herself and her own happiness as shes so deeply thinking about her past life and past lover. She is very cruel to others (ML) and herself at times. They literally only confessed to each other after 170 chapters. However, the art and plot I think are worth it if you enjoy these kinds of stories, I say go for it!
if you enjoy slow burn then yes. Its got a good comedy angle as well

Ehhh… not really. He had a character development, yeah, but if we compare for how long he mistreated her and how long he was actually a good brother then… He’s sweet now (also cause she started acting out) and he’s trying, but that’s a bit big statement here.
